Job Description
The ideal candidate will possess a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a strong willingness to learn—no prior experience is needed! As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing project timelines, materials, and on-site personnel to ensure the successful, safe, and high-quality completion of each project. We provide all the training you need to succeed.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning and Scheduling: Ensure crews are on time and work flows smoothly.
Team Management: Oversee crews on-site to maintain high standards of workmanship.
Quality Assurance: Conduct inspections to ensure all work meets Brehm Roofing standards and local building codes.
Client Communication: Keep homeowners informed and comfortable throughout the build process.
Safety Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to all safety regulations on the job site.
Documentation and Reporting: Keep accurate daily records and photos.
Preferred Qualifications
We will fully train the right person on roofing materials, techniques, and best practices.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for traveling to project sites.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and crew members.
